Carwins one of my favorite fighters and I really don't think he's on anything but I thought it was kind of weird that him and Overeem, who usually cut down to 265, both weighed in at 256 in their last fights. 1. Consume More Protein

To gain massive muscle mass rapidly, you need to perform many sets of low rep exercises such as leg squats, parallel bar dips, bench presses, and chin ups. When you follow the lifting of heavier weights concept, you can add even greater muscle mass and bulk by lengthening your workouts. Increase by ten percent in time during each subsequent week.
